We ship nationwide by courier (Collivery). Main centres are typically 1-2 business days; regional areas 2-4 business days.

When your order ships

Every product page shows its dispatch lead time. Orders are released once payment has cleared (PayFast (cards, Instant EFT) & EFT).

In stock at our warehouse: Dispatched within 1-3 business days of payment.
Ships from the distributor: Dispatched within 3-5 business days of payment.
Out of stock: Ask us for a lead time - most of the MSI range can be ordered in.

Economy courier (ECO)	2-4 business days	Nationwide, the default option.
Overnight express (ONX)	Next business day	Main centres.
Same-day express (SDX)	Same day	Gauteng only, order before 10:00.
Road freight (FRT)	3-5 business days	Bulky or multi-box orders.

Transit times count from dispatch, in business days, and are the courier's estimates for main centres. Outlying areas can add a day or two.

Delivery fees are quoted live at checkout from the courier for your address and parcel size, and shown before you pay.
Orders ship from our Johannesburg warehouse by MDS Collivery. You receive the waybill number by email as soon as the parcel is booked, and your order page tracks it.
Collection from our Sandton office is by arrangement only - message us on WhatsApp before placing the order.
Someone must be available to sign for the parcel. High-value items are not left unattended.
If the live courier quote is unavailable, a flat rate of R150 applies (Gauteng R99) .

Every order ships with a full VAT tax invoice in your name (or your company name and VAT number when you give them at checkout).
