Terms of Sale

1. Who we are

The website lekitech.co.za is operated by Leki Technology Consulting (Pty) Ltd trading as Lekitech, registration number 2018/083306/07, VAT Number 4180294045, of 377 Rivonia Boulevard, Rivonia, Sandton, 2128, Gauteng, South Africa ("we", "us"). These terms, together with our Returns, Refunds & Warranty, Delivery and Privacy policies, govern every purchase made on this website. Placing an order means you accept them.

2. Products, prices and stock

• All prices are in South African Rand and include VAT at 15%. The delivery fee is shown separately before you pay.
• We take care to keep prices, stock levels and specifications accurate, but errors happen. If a product you ordered is out of stock, mispriced or wrongly described, we will tell you as soon as we know and you may cancel for a full refund.
• Product images are for illustration; the specification on the product page is what you buy.

3. Orders and payment

• Payment is by PayFast (cards, Instant EFT) & EFT. Card and Instant EFT payments are processed by PayFast; we never see your card details.
• An order is accepted when we confirm payment by email. Unpaid orders expire after 72 hours.
• We may ask for additional verification on high-value orders and may cancel an order we suspect is fraudulent, refunding any amount received.
• Business customers may request a VAT invoice in the company name by giving the company name and VAT number at checkout. Every order ships with a full VAT tax invoice in your name (or your company name and VAT number when you give them at checkout).

4. Delivery

• We deliver anywhere in South Africa by courier to the address you give at checkout. Dispatch lead times are shown on each product page and on our Delivery page; transit times are the courier's estimates and are not guaranteed.
• Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery. Please inspect the parcel on arrival and report damage within 7 days.
• If a delivery fails because the address was wrong or nobody was available to receive it, the cost of re-delivery is for your account.

5. Returns and warranty

Your rights to return goods, to remedies for defective goods under the Consumer Protection Act, and to the manufacturer warranty are set out in full in our Returns, Refunds & Warranty policy, which forms part of these terms.

6. Your account and information

• You warrant that the information you give us is accurate and that you are entitled to use the payment method you choose.
• Keep your account password confidential; you are responsible for orders placed with it.
• We process personal information under the Protection of Personal Information Act as described in our Privacy Policy.

7. Liability

To the extent the law allows, our liability for any claim arising from a purchase is limited to the price paid for the product concerned, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including loss of data. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Consumer Protection Act.

8. Website content

The content of this website belongs to us or our licensors and is protected by copyright. You may not copy, scrape or mirror it, or attempt to interfere with the operation of the website.

9. Disputes and law

These terms are governed by South African law. If a dispute cannot be settled between us within 14 days, either party may refer it to the National Consumer Commission, a consumer court, or the courts of South Africa, which have jurisdiction.
